SARS
A new virus plagues mankind. This one is not a computer virus; no, it's the real thing. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, nicknamed SARS, is a mysterious pneumonia that has stricken mainly in Asia. A few isolated cases have shown up in other areas, and this disease has the potential of becoming a worldwide pandemic like the Spanish influenza of 1918.
